Signup process:

Download the lease here.
Read the lease thoroughly.
Decide which plan you want to sign up for.
Select a plan from below. This will create an email verifiying you understand the lease, and asking for availability. If there is availability, you will receive an invoice by email. This invoice will include the first month's rent and an additional $30 for a security deposit.
